I have always loved Old Navy boot cut jeans. I have to say I absolutely HATE the new built-in-flex. They don't feel like jeans and I find they don't fit well. I feel like I'm wearing fleece joggers. If this built-in-flex is the new standard, I won't be buying Old Navy jeans anymore.

I do not like the new built in flex. There is extra marerial in the upper thighs which make you look like a general in WWII.
Mother loving belt loops...
Can any one tell me why the belt loops are approx 2.5 inches long on the inside but the largest belt sold by old navy is 1.5 inches wide??? I was wondering if the built in flex might keep the jeans from having the crotch ripped apart after two years of use, but until the designers or the Bangladeshi manufacturers fix this, I'll not be buying any Old Navy jeans. Jeans which I used to buy exclusively even with the need to replace every two years, because they WERE awesome.

These are not the traditional bootcut. These jeans are Slim fit with a slight bootcut

These are ladies jeans. Built-in flex is not a feature that is needed in men's jeans. Odd choice for a classic.
