I have been using this product for about a week now. I didn't know Bobbi brown had this until I got it as a sample. I like that has a light fresh clean scent to it .works wells as a primer for makeup. There are days I just use it as a moisturizer. I did notice formula is a bit heavy for me. I like that it does melt onto my face after a few minutes my face does feel moisturizing. But I didn't like the slight oily texture. Overall nice product and definitely recommend it.
After using this product over the past few weeks, I love how it leave my skin moisturized and soft. It can be used as a primer as well which is great. I did take off one start only because of the price due to its size.
Honestly, I love that this product works well as a moisturizer and primer. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and with a slight glow. Unlike my usual daytime moisturizer, it has a balmy texture and is slightly thicker. So, I would say a little goes a long way. I would've loved this product if it were formulated to be non-comedogenic and not have a balmy texture. I hope they reformulate it in the future. I honestly can't say enough good things about this primer. I have combination skin with dry, flaky spots around my chin, and this made such a huge difference. It gave my skin a soft focus look, not matte, but healthy looking. I apply it at 7 AM, and by 4 PM my makeup is still intact and looking fresh! I prep with my normal skincare products and lastly the EltaMD UV Clear sunscreen (untinted), let it set for 10–15 minutes, apply this primer, and get zero pilling—whether I layer my Dior Skin Glow foundation or Milk Skin Tint on top. Super hydrating and smooth! So if you need extra hydration for your skin, this will help with any dryness under your makeup and any smooth out any texture on your face.
Honestly kind of pricy for what it is; but if that’s not a problem/throwing a couple bucks around isn’t a big deal, it’s a perfectly OKAY product. Hydrates, leaves my skin feeling smoother, but nothing special. I would seek out a cheaper alternative, but at the same time, trying something cheap is risky and this is perfectly serviceable.
