Smart look but unsure about longevity
Comfy fit and just smart enough to get away with wearing this to work. However, I'm unsure if the quality will stand up to multiple wears and washes.
Bad experience w/missing order!
Only received one item out of the 3 ordered, the sweatshirt, even though the email notice said all 3 items were delivered. Waited about a week to see whether missing items would show up, they didn't. Finally called customer service to see what was going on only to be told that only way to resolve was to submit a claim form for missing items and reorder. What a hassle! Didn't want to go through all of this again & face another similar situation. Didn't reorder. This kind of convoluted process makes me reluctant to ever order anything from ON again! Not worth the work for the savings.
