"Longtime Customer, But Probably My Last Purchase
I've been buying Old Navy men's briefs for years and was always satisfied with the quality, but this recent purchase was a big letdown. I bought two 5-packs expecting the same comfort and durability as before, but what I received felt thin, cheap, and poorly made. The material feels flimsy compared to what Old Navy used to offer. It's disappointing to see the quality drop like this. Sadly, this might be my last time buying underwear from here unless the quality improves.
